Research On Location Selection Of Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center In Hebei Region Of A Express Company

With the improvement of people's living conditions,consumers pay more attention to the quality of fresh products.In the cold chain logistics system,the cold chain logistics distribution center plays an important role as the intermediate hub between the supply point and the distribution point.Therefore,the location of the cold chain logistics distribution center plays a key role in the company's operation and service.It is necessary to choose the location of cold chain logistics distribution center.Taking A Express Company as the research object,this dissertation studies the location of A Express Company in the cold chain logistics distribution center in Hebei.It understands the cold-chain logistics project and analyzes the cold-chain logistics company business of A Express Company in Hebei area.It forecasts A Express Company in Hebei region over the next five years in cold chain logistics business by using the regression analysis method.And it analyzes the necessity of constructing cold chain logistics distribution center in Hebei.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current supply and distribution points of A Express Company,the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to select the location area.Based on the results of the location area,this research chooses five alternative addresses.And combining with the conditions for A Express Company in Hebei area and using the multi-objective programming method is for the construction of cold chain logistics distribution center location model and solution.The multi-objective planning method was used to select the most satisfactory site selection plan of A Express Company's cold-chain logistics distribution center in Hebei Province from five alternative addresses.In order to ensure that A Express Company can successfully set up a cold-chain logistics distribution center in Hebei,this dissertation puts forward some suggestions to promote the implementation of site selection plan from the perspective of site selection plan implementation.
