Design And Implementation Of Lightning Detection Data Management System

Lightning is a kind of inevitable disaster in nature,it threatens our country and people badly.Currently,lightning detection data management is overwhelmingly dependent on computer technique,and computer technology and lightning detection and early warning are closely linked.Hence,in order to enhance our ability to analyze and manage lightning detection data,this paper develops an efficient lightning detection data management system.This paper discuss detailed about design and implement of lightning detection data management system based on MVC pattern,using SSH(Struts+Spring+hibernate)frame.This system is developed in eclipse exploitation environment,using oracle database and tomcat server.This system is divided into 5 modules including electric field-recording module?early warning data module?electric field's rate of change module?thunder storm number statistic module?real-time monitoring module and management module.This paper mainly introduce first five modules,electric field-recording module can record field strength value of the specified areas within a specified time period,early warning data module can record observation points early warning data and early warning 's start time and end time,electric field's rate of change module can record rate of change of electric field in specified area within a specified time,thunder storm number statistic module can record the number of thunderstorm within a specified time in a specified area,real-time monitoring module can record the real-time electric field's value of the monitoring point,if the electric field's value is higher than the threshold value,corresponding level warning is given.This system can enhance lightning-detecting workers' management ability of lightning detection data and prevention ability of lightning accidents efficiently.
