Observing and understanding the deformation law of the crustal surface is an indispensable scientific basis for the study,prediction and mitigation of natural disasters(earthquakes,volcanoes,landslides,faults,etc.),also provide the supporting and constraining parameters to the establishment of geodynamic model and the interaction model.Tiltmeter is a basic instrument to measure terrain change that is still widely used in the study of crustal deformation.It can accurately reflect the slight changes in the amount of tilt.Since the solid tide has a daily change magnitude of about 0.05?,the requirements for sensitivity and stability of the tiltmeter for measuring ground tilt are very high.To increase the efficiency of the related instruments and improve the data quality before using,we must study the test technology and methods of the key technical indicators of the instrument,and implement the factory inspection of tilted instruments.The traditional test method currently used is to use electric calibration to test the instrument.It can not completely simulate the real operating environment of the inclinometer.Some indicators can not be tested before the instrument leaves the factory or before entering the network.Some indicators can only be obtained by extrapolation.Therefore,it is extremely important to use the tilted platform measurement method to simulate the real using environment.This article is based on the design of the inclinometer detection platform and completes its data processing system through related software technology and data processing methods.First of all,this thesis makes a comprehensive summary of the technical background and domestic and foreign status of the detection of the key parameters of the tiltmeter,and gives a brief introduction to the technologies and theories that need to be applied to the data processing system of the tilting platform.Second,according to the actual situation,analysis the working environment of the data processing system,including the system platform analysis,functional analysis,performance requirements analysis,and on this basis the overall design of the system.Then,the key algorithms of digital signal preprocessing and key parameter calculation in data processing system are designed and implemented.The digital signal preprocessing is realized through nonlinear wavelet transform threshold method combined with the actual using environment.The key parameter calculation is based on some necessary calculations and series of identification theories whichcombined with actual data.Finally,the above two parts of the algorithm are verified and analyzed to determine its practicality in the actual environment of the system.Finally,using C#/.NET and MATLAB to design and complete the various modules of the data processing system,including data acquisition module,I/O module,digital signal preprocessing module,key parameter calculation module and display module.After finishing the above work,based on the actual working environment of inclinometer detection platform,the data processing system finally is verified that can complete the calculation and analysis about the inclinometer stably and accurately for a long time.It supports reading,displaying and preprocessing of multiple data formats,and meet the requirements of actual working environment.
