Ground tilt observation is one of the crustal deformation observations,and its main purpose is to obtain information about anomalies before earthquakes and information about earthquake gestation.Pendulum inclinometer is an important observation instrument for ground tilt observation.The pendulum inclinometer detection platform is mainly composed of a tilt platform,a micro-displacement generating device,a laser interferometer,and a pendulum inclinometer to be measured.Its main purpose is to test the sensitivity and linearity of the pendulum inclinometer developed.The micro-displacement generating device mainly uses piezoelectric ceramics to generate a step signal to push the tilting platform.When the tilting platform generates the tilt,the output of the pendulum inclinometer changes.This change will be recorded and output by the data collector,and the laser The interferometer will measure the vertical change of the tilting platform.According to the input of the vertical change and the output collected by the data collector,the sensitivity and linearity error of the instrument can be calculated.However,this whole machine detection method lacks the corresponding data processing software,the micro-displacement generating device and the laser interferometer data reading,the data reading of the data collector is carried out separately,and it cannot be carried out at the same time under the same PC.Work with corresponding data processing.Therefore,in this paper,aiming at these shortcomings of the pendulum inclinometer detection platform,the software development is carried out using PyQt5,and the relevant scheme is designed to drive the piezoelectric ceramics and realize the pendulum type.Data processing software for the inclinometer detection platform.This paper is mainly based on the Python language,and uses PyQt5 to develop a micro-displacement drive and data processing software for the pendulum tiltmeter detection platform with a friendly interface and complete functions.In terms of micro-displacement generating devices,In this paper,the piezoelectric ceramic drive tilt platform is realized through the design of Stm32 single-chip microcomputer and related circuits.In terms of data processing software design,the development is completed on the Windows10 operating system,using Python3.6,PyQt5,Eric6,QtDesigner and Anconda and other development platforms.In the process of data calculation,this paper designed a Python language to read the data program of the laser interferometer and data collector and performed a visual operation.At the same time,a differential threshold algorithm was designed according to the characteristics of the collected data.The data points are extracted in order to complete the relevant calculation operations,and then the program designed above is embedded in PyQt5 to complete the data processing software development.This paper realizes the micro-displacement of the upper computer-driven detection platform,realizes the data reading of the laser interferometer and the data collector,realizes the automatic data processing of the pendulum inclinometer detection platform,and calculates the sensitivity and linearity of the inclinometer to be measured.It has a friendly interface and clear program,which is convenient for users to perform simple and visualized operations on the PC side.
