This article mainly introduces the optimal control strategy of different schisto-somiasis models.By analyzing the sensitivity of the basic reproduction number,we can find out the optimal control measures to prevent and control schistosomiasis.The details are given as follows:1?In the second chapter,Laos Mekong schistosomiasis model of different ages,based on the model of the basic reproduction number of sensitivity analysis,com-bined with the actual situation of Laos Mekong local,formulate the optimal control measures,and verify the existence of optimal solution,finally through the numerical simulation,to determine which control measures mainly which control measures as a supplement.2?The third chapter studies the schistosomiasis in multiple infections of S-DI model group communication model,firstly the basic reproduction number of sensitivity analysis,and then combined with the mobile population in China,gives the optimal control measures,finally verified is the existence of optimal solution,and the combination of the actual control measures which mainly determine which control measures as.3?The fourth chapter schistosomiasis susceptible in two kinds of propagation model in the model group,the first basic reproduction number for sensitivity anal-ysis,and then combined with the actual situation of our country,gives the optimal control measures,finally verified is the existence of optimal solution,and the actual control measures which mainly determine which control measures as a supplement.
