| Recently,economic is developing rapidly and the cargo circulation gets bigger and bigger.The security of bulk cargo circulation and anti smuggling has become a pressing problem.R&D(research and development)of cargo X-Ray security equipment precisely respond to the need of these markets.Uncertainty of technological innovation can make products R&D face a huge risk.Using risk management effectively in the project can identify adverse risk factors and evaluate them scientifically,and give reasonable measures to avoid,transfer and mitigate risk,which can be of significance and importance for a smooth process.Complex structure,high technical specification,technical difficulties,long development circle,involving a wide range of professional,etc.in the cargo X-Ray security equipment development process is ubiquitous.Currently,there is few research of risk management in the field of security equipment R&D in China,especially the analysis of technical risk.In this thesis I show that,based on the characteristics of product R&D of cargo X-Ray security equipment,the four main types of influencing factors of technical risk,namely,the minimal active units are identified by decomposing the task with WBS(Work Breakdown Structure).To get the technical risk factors in project identified by comparing the content of units with main influence factors and analyzing them.To calculate the weight of each main influencing factor of technical risk by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),and to calculate the general evaluation of each technical risk by FCE(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation).Eventually,the strategies and measures to deal with those risks are proposed and the further outlook of in-depth study on the project is made. |
