Application Of 3S Technology In Rural Collective Land Right Verification

Carried out the work of rural collective land ownership registration certification according to the law is important initiatives to strengthen the protection of farmland mechanism and mobilize the peasant masses to protect farmland consciously,is a fundamental way to protect the legitimate rights and interests of rural collective land and maintaining social stability in rural,is an effective means to strengthen the rural land management,rationalize land property rights and property rights,clear ownership boundaries of countries and collective and the rights and obligations of collective land.Shandong province has began the work of rural collective land ownership registration certification from 2011,aims to fully complete the work of confirmation and certification of rural collective land ownership registration?rural collective construction land and homestead,and completed cadastral management system of urban-rural integration based on these.I have conducted the analysis and practical work of collective land ownership in a district of Weifang in this paper,and described the detailed steps of rural collective land ownership and various stages of implementation combined with GPS,RS,GIS technology,and provided technical support for rural collective land ownership of the area.Firstly,this paper introduced the technology of CORS and its features,especially made the detailed description of usability and its advantages of single base CORS in small cities,and did the work of control survey and collected the information of cadastral elements used single base station and so on.Then this paper analyzed the remote sensing data needed in rural collective land ownership investigation according to the actual situation and the requirements of accuracy about the project.We selected SPOT-5 satellite 2.5 m panchromatic and 10 m multispectral images as the data of the project.This paper made a detailed description of the remote sensing data in image correction?image fusion and image mosaic and so on.In the next,it made a presentation of using GIS software for building a database,compared and analyzed several commonly used GIS database platform.We can selected a database platform based on the actual needs of the project and made a detailed description of the steps of building a database.Making a scientific and informatization management using the software of MapGIS,and to make it more effective services in all departments.Finally,this paper made a summary of "3S" technology in the rural collective land ownership,and made a summary of deficiencies and professional experience in this thesis,and made the prospect of updating and application of the built cadastral management database.
