Treatment of oily wastewater has been the focus of many scholars to study. Coarse filtration, fine filtration, floatation process using plate ceramic membrane filtration device plus method instead of the conventional cast coagulant for treating oily wastewater, the treatment efficiency, focuses on the problem of membrane fouling the water quality after treatment and long term operationOily wastewater of the subject is the choice of Liaoning a joint production plant station in the producing water, for the water flotation machine before, SS content in water samples was 40-70mg/L, the oil content of 20-30mg/LWe need to study the coagulant, choose the best coagulant treatment of the oily waste water. Preliminary selection of FeCl3, PAC, PAM and two two combinations were studied, doing the beaker static test of the SS in the wastewater and oil removal rate, finally FeCl3+PAM is the best coagulant in this experiment, the optimum coagulant factors were analyzed by univariate analysis, the treatment of oily wastewater by the optimal process parameters are as follows:the dosage of FeCl3 is 20mg/L, PAM is 1.5mg/L; sedimentation time is 20min; the optimum hydraulic conditions for the first rapid mixing (200r/m) lmin, and then slow stirring (100r/m) 3min; the optimum pH range for 6.5-8.5And ceramic membrane filtration device at the same time, foreign investment the best coagulant on oily wastewater treatment. The oily water amount and SS is below lmg/L, the removal rate can reach more than 95%. While maintaining the membrane flux is 22.5L/(m2.h) treatment of oily wastewater coagulant and coagulant without adding mixed situation of membrane pollution is small, can be long-term and stable operation. Keepping the membrane flux is 30L/(m.h) in oily wastewater treatment, coagulant can ensure the long-term stable operation of the device, membrane pollution is not serious, not the addition of coagulant ceramic membrane late pollution is serious, will cause the membrane fouling, long-term stable device cannot run.Finally, the study of the chemical cleaning of membrane, with different solubility of acid and alkali were cleaning the polluted membrane, the acid cleaning agent for membrane pollution restoration effect is obvious, the cleaning effect of alkaline cleaning agent is poor. The effect of concentration of chemical cleaning agents and cleaning of ceramic membrane soaking time on ceramic membrane has little effect. The cleaning solution for ceramic membrane in this experiment ultimately selected for by solubility of 0.05mol/L HCl.Test results show that the coarse filter, ceramic membrane filtering device coupled with foreign investment of coagulant can replace the traditional treatment of oily wastewater filtration, floatation process, effluent meet SY5329-94 clastic rock reservoirs water quality standard of Al, the oil is less than 5mg/L, suspended solids content is less than lmg/L,it can realize the efficient removal of pollutants in waste water.
