Sazhong Development Area was located in the central part of Saertu anticline, which was a three grade structure of northern Daqing placanticline. It has the characteristics that it was steep in the west, gentle in the east, flat in the middle area. Reservoir fine description found that there were 82 fractures, most of which were in the middle and west, and they were all normal faults. Most of these fractures were extended to the north west, north north west. The north one and two row was located in the north of the west Saertu anticline. There were 11 fractures in the Gaotaizi layer. Study shows that Gaotaizi layer was sandstone and mudstone frequent interaction zone, which generates continental river delta sedimentary, on the background of total water withdrawal. It was also belong to the Cretaceous middle oil-bearing assemblage. The characteristics of permeability on the hole, the overall performance is with the increase of permeability characteristics, the average pore radius and radius of the median increased. Sedimentary facies performance shows that, Gaotaizi reservoir belongs to delta front facies sedimentary, mainly was outer front facies sedimentary, with the characteristic of fine grain size, high clay and calcium content, poor physical property, belonging to the medium low permeability reservoir. On the non homogeneity, the difference between the rhythm section was on the whole level, smaller permeability difference between layers, stable development of sand body plane, with good continuity, which was relatively homogeneous reservoir. We used volumetric method to calculate the reserves. Result shows that the geological reserves of Gaotaizi layer was 1372.1×104t, during these, reservoir geological reserves in the table was 825.1×104t, untabulated reservoir geological reserves was 448.5×104t, and oil-water layer geological reserves was 98.5×104t. With development of the reservoir, the development contradictions of Gaotaizi layer were increasingly prominent. Embodied in the following three aspects, one was that well net of Gaotaizi layer was not unique, which makes the adjustment was difficult; another one is injection wells were few and high level of the low production wells; the third one is, there was big difference in the Sapu and Gaotaizi layer's commingled producing wells. With serious interlayer interference, Gaotaizi layer has a low production level. So we need encryption adjustment to improve the development level.Following the discipline of “researching on the whole, unified deployment, subdivision of layer series, narrowing the distance between wells” to design the well net of encryption adjustment, to slow the decling rate of production and improve the development effect of layers, improve the recovery ratio. Finally we decided the five-spot areal well pattern to develop Gaotaizi layer. And we found the injection –production ratio was 1:1.33 was best for the development.
