Heteroaromatic compounds are wide spread in various natural products of enormous practical importance, ranging from pharmaceutical agents and biological probes to photoelectric active materials. The construction of C-X catalyzed by transition-metal has emerged as a promising method to form organic compounds including the heterocycles without functionalization. This thesis is focused on the following two parts:1.Unprecedented protocol to an array of 2-(phenylthio)-1H-imidazoles under microwave irradiation via a decomposition and reformation of imidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole in the presence of phenylhalide which is quite unproductive by oil-bath heating.Under this transformation,22 new coupling products were ultimately synthesized.2.The easily obtained imidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazoleswere utilized as heterocyclic synthon to construct a series of imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole.The target compounds could be achieved in yields of 87%within 5 min.at room temperature.Under the optimal reaction conditions,22 new coupling products were synthesized in high yield. |
