With the heterocyclic compounds containing Nitrogen widely exists in natural products become more and more important in the organic chemistry.Therefore,the method that can introducing new functions to this class of compounds have also received extensive attention.Among those methods,the most direct method is coupling to construct the C-C,C-N bond by C-H activation.In addition,the direct catalytic oxidation of hydrocarbon compounds C-H key reactions has also been attention by scientists.The article is divided into four parts:Firstly,based on the recently research,the method of C-H activation reaction is divided into several different types.Most of the scientist focus on the study about C-H bond functionalization manifolds of heteroarenes and the dehydrogenative homocoupling reactions and the cross dehydrogenative coupling reactions.Besides,the reaction of dehydrogenative direct olefination of heteroarenes with alkenes and direct alkynylation of heteroarenes with 1-alkynes also attract more and more attention.In this section,we classify and summarize the typical C-H activation of amide compounds.Secondly,aromatic amine and its derivatives is widely applied in medicine,pesticide,dye and other fields.So by building C-N key to get aromatic amine compounds has been widely concerned.This chapter mainly introduces the N-pyridyl benzamide as a substrate under the action of catalyst for C-N key construction and exploration process of aromatic amine.Thirdly,on the exploration of C-H activation,we accidentally discovered the transamination of propionyl aniline.We successfully attempted a new method to synthetic acetanilide.In this reaction,the procedure is facile,mild,efficient and environmentally friendly.This method has the good practicability for some macromolecular compound.Finaly,we successfully developed a new method for selective catalytic oxidation of the mesitylene.The acetic acid silver is not only as the oxidant,and also have the effect of the oxygen supply agent.The method has moderate reaction conditions,simple operation,but the applicability of the reaction is not very wide,we are continue explore along the a pot experiment way.
