Nowadays,the situation will continue for a long time in the future,that shuttle loom are used a lot in our country.so,in order to increase product efficiency and quality,it is necessary to improve shuttle loom and its accessory equipment.This thesis has main researched a multifunction controller of shuttle loom,which is a photoelectric weft feeler,and this controller is stable and reliable when it works at factory except the length of weft what is left on bobbin are uneven.so,our main purpose is do some improvement to make high precision of detection and the length of weft what is left on bobbin more even.After analyzing the detect theory of the controller,actually measuring its work results and testing photoelectric signal,combining the circuit theory of the controller,we know that the light from outside word have an important influence on the controller,so our improvement that remove the signal produced by outside light has been came up with.The way we do is that,access a modulation pulse light drive circuit on transmit directions and a high pass AC signal modules on receive directions,all improvement are based on the original controller.The results we test the improving controller show that,it can remove the noise signal produced by outside light efficiently,for this reason,the precision of detection is enhanced,too.
