Waste tobacco contamination attracted much attention in recent years, the all-round, multi-angle study of tobacco waste has been taken by scholars from both home and abroad. More and more tobacco waste was put into environment without disposal. It caused a lot of soil and groundwater pollution. So, the problem of soil contaminated by tobacco waste should be obtained more attention. Comparing traditional disposal methods such as physical and chemical process, microbial remediation is a new and effective means. Discussing the remediation of soil by adding high efficient nicotine degradation bacterium solution into the soil contaminated by tobacco waste. The main work is as follows:(1) Taking a strain of bacterium Shinella sp. HZN7 degrading nicotine isolated from the sludge in insecticide factory of Hangzhou as an object, determine its optimal growth condition by means of orthogonal experiment design. The experiment showed that its optimal condition was pH value 7.0, glucose lOg/L, sodium chloride lOg/L at 40? in shaking table by 180r/min; (2) Adding high efficient nicotine degradation bacterium solution into soil, comparing the nicotine degradation efficiency in treatment group and control group. It showed that the nicotine degradation rate and removal rate in soil adding bacterium solution are highly improved; (3) Under laboratory conditions, putting the tobacco waste into soil, simulated the soil contaminated by tobacco waste. Adding high efficient nicotine degradation bacterium solution into soil, comparing nicotine degradation rate and the changes of soil's physical and chemical properties. It showed that it has a positive role in remediation of contaminated soil by adding high efficient bacterium solution. When the adding amount of tobacco waste was 100g/kg, the effect of nicotine removal and soil remediation was the best. Moreover, adding high efficient nicotine degradation bacterium solution can also influence the soil's physical and chemical properties.
