China as the world-famous big manufacturing country, and its textile printingand dyeing industry has become a traditional pillar industries. Because of seriouswastewater discharge environmental pollution for printing and dyeing, it is verynecessary to go on the research of dyeing wastewater treatment technology. Givento the tremendous pressure created by printing and dyeing wastewater discharge,people have been very concerned about its governance. After the reform and openingup, the clothing is an indispensable necessity of living, so printing and dyeingindustry get a very fast development, and its the scale of production is moreincreasing. Many companies use some new materials in the production, it leads thatthe use of traditional dyeing wastewater treatment technology has been unable toremove pollutants in wastewater, requiring upgrades performed to dyeing wastewatertreatment technology is necessary.In this paper, sewage treatment technological transformation of the industrialpark wastewater treatment plant is taken on the project of the research, and conductedfield research for its wastewater treatment situation. Reference to the domestic andinternational success eaamples about dyeing wastewater transformation, continued useof the existing sewage treatment facilities, and maximize the use of resources for theprinciple, the paper analyzes the reasons for the sewage treatment plant effluentquality non-compliance, what's more the problems and the reasons of it go onin-depth analysis, and put forward the renovation plan. After the original treatmentprocess on the basis of physical and chemical runoff, biological treatment directlythrough the rotary filter, and then the original chemical segment "coagulation tank+sedimentation tank" changed to the secondary settling tank, it forms "aftermaterialized" technology process. After the transformation, it shows that the effluentBOD5concentration is reduced from26.3mg/L to17.3mg/L, the effluent CODCrconcentration decreased from130.8mg/L to52mg/L, the effluent SS concentrationdecreased from88.79mg/L to17.93mg/L, the effluent ammonia concentrationdecreased from5.06mg/L to3.19mg/L, effluent color concentration decreased from26to23. The effluent BOD5, CODCr, SS, ammonia and color operating results are better than the original process treatment effect, and tail hydro stable discharge. Theremoval rate of BOD5, CODCr, SS, ammonia, color improve from88%,74%,32%,68%,88%to92%,90%,87%,81%,90%. All water quality indicators aftertransformation achieve I emission standared of "textile industrial water pollutantdischarge standards" GB4287-2012.After the wastewater treatment process of industrial park sewage treatment plantis reconstructed, the water quality of wastewater is improved, pollutant emissions isreduced. while taking advantage of the new wastewater treatment process, theprocessing cost per ton of water is reduced about0.3yuan. Through this engineer, theeffect sewage treatment is obvious, it provides some material for the research andexperience in the field of wastewater treatment technologies, and lays a goodfoundation for improving the economic and social benefits of enterprises.
