To investigate the key technologies and operational management mode of wastewater treatment in industrial parks,Hongze Industrial Park and its centralized wastewater treatment plant were chosen and the studies on core pretreatment technologies within enterprises,centralized pretreatment,enhanced biological treatment and advanced oxidation processes were conducted in this paper,then the upgrading of Qingjian wastewater treatment plant was implemented,and a new evaluation system for pollution index and an integrated and elaborate management model for the centralized wastewater treatmen t plant in industrial park were established.The main results showed that:?1?The main enterprises settled in Hongze Industrial Park are fine chemical companies,pesticide companies,and petrochemical companies,etc.,resulting in great fluctuations in wastewater quantity and quality,which were always far more than the designed limitations;and there were some designing defects in the first phase of Qingjian wastewater treatment plant,resulting in the quality of its effluent could not satisfied to the national discharge standard.?2?Using the wastewater of Huadong Fine Chemical Inc.,several pretreatment processes were investigated,and the combination process of“coagulation+iron-carbon micro-electrolysis+Fenton”could be used as its pretreatment process within enterprise;hydrolytic acidification process could be used as a centralized pre-treatment process in Qingjian wastewater treatment plant,and its COD removal efficiency could reach at 3037%,and the ratio of BOD5/COD could be improved from 0.29 to 0.37.?3?Dosing powder activated carbon or embedded nitrifying bacteria carrier into A/O biological process could improve its COD and ammonia removal efficiencies,considering other respects,dosing powder activated carbon into A/O process could be implemented as a reinforced biological treatment process.?4?The pilot scale combination process of“coagulation+hydrolysis acidification+AO?PACT?+heterogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation+BAF”was studied,its removal efficiencies of COD,BOD5and SS could reach more than 90%,and the removal efficiencies of ammonia and total phosphorus could reach more than 85%.?5?Based on the above results,the upgrading of Qingjian wastewater treatment plant was implemented,and during one year's continuous operation,very good shock resilience and stable performance were achieved,and more than 98%of its effluent COD and 100%of its effluent ammonia nitrogen reached the national discharge standard.?6?The main dissolved organic matters in the raw wastewater were composed of aromatic protein and soluble metabolites,its concentration fluctuated greatly;the hydrolysis and acidification process could effectively remove the soluble metabolites and volatile organic compounds.?7?The microbial structure in the Anoxic tank and Oxic tank ware relatively stable,at phylum level,Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes dominated in Anoxic tank,Oxic tank and BAF tank,besides these,Chloroflexi and Firmicutes also dominated in the hydrolytic acidification tank;at genus level,the microbial characteristics in different process units had their own specialities,Nitrospira dominated in Anoxic tank,Oxic tank.?8?Based on the toxicity index,inert index and specialized pollutant index,the evaluation system and the evaluation standard for different industrial wastewater in industrial park were established,and the management system of wastewater flow direction was constructed.?9?Based on economic benefits,technical performances,management effectiveness,etc.,a hierarchical model of industrial wastewater evaluation system was conducted,and using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method,the pre-treatment process optimization system within industrials was established.?10?A delicacy operation and management platform for wastewater treatment in industrial park was established,which could simulate all technical processes in the park,track the changes of some specialized components in different process units,determine the specific treatment pathways and operational parameters for different wastewater,and achieve delicacy operation and management for wastewater treatment in industrial park.
