We paid more attention for Pesticide carrier material. How to improve fertilizer,water storage;reducing the amount of manure by rain,improve fertilizer,water storage ability,make full use of the residual pesticide carrier,improve sustained release performance of pesticide formulation and ruduce pesticide has be the focus of current research. In the paper,we use the didodecyl methyl bromide to modify the sodium montmorillonite.Then we get the sodium alginate gel microspheres and make pickering emulsion stabilized by modified MMT.The key research contents as follow:Didodecyl methyl bromide as modifier to intercalate na-montmorillonite, changing the content of intercalation agent to obtain the maximum interlayer spacing of modified montmorillonite,the spacing of modified MMT up to3.64nm measured by XRD,which is larger than the original spacing that is only1.21nm.As well as characterizing the structure of modified MMT by FTIR,Laman,TEM and TG.At the same time,we use acetamiprid as model drug to test the adsorption of modified montmorillonite,the results tell us that the adsorption of modified MMT is much higher than Na-montmorillonite.We get modified montmorillonite/alginate drug loaded gel microspheres with modified montmorillonite as adsorbent,and acetamiprid as model drug by extrusion.We also test the morphology,structure and properties of drug loaded hydrogel microspheres by FTIR,SEM and drug release test.The results tell us that adding montmorillonite and modified montmorillonite increase the sphericity of microspheres,and the drug loading rate as well as encapsulation of acetamiprid are improved.Adding modified MMT greatly enhanced the release properties of gel microspheres.With alginate as main materials,modifying it to be hydrophobic by Ugi reaction,and testing the structure and properties of NaAlg by FTIR,nuclear magnetic resonance,thermogravimetry,fluorescence spectroscopy and element analysis.The backbone of modified sodium alginate(NaAlg) graft hydrophobic chain or group, this modified process occur polymer degradation.In addition, NaAlg-Ugi is amphiphilic,the critical aggregation concentration of CAC in aqueous solution is less than NaAlg,the CAC is only0.06g/L.Pickering emulsion was prepared by sodium alginate and modified montmorillonite particles.We also discuss the effect of different modified MMT,ratio of oil to water,NaAlg-Ugi dosage,NaCl concentration and pH on the stability of emulsion.And design the drug release test of hydrophobic pesticide cyhalothrin,the results tell us that the pickering emulsion with modified MMT has good slow release effect of cyhalothrin.
