Bean sprouts are deeply welcomed as the abundant nutrition. However, the 'poisoned bean sprout' have caused panic among the population, and also have been paid more attention by the government.Various additives of bean sprouts are used in different region, which make it difficult to follow the same detecting protocol. Furthermore, the pre-treatment of samples is complex and consumes longer time.So it is hard to detect the residualadditives in the bean sprouts. Therefore, it is essential to set up a complete and effective protocol to involve extraction and measurement of these residual additives. In this study, three kinds of methods for simultaneously detecting multiple illegal additives in bean sprouts were established according to different physical and chemical properties of drugs. The extraction and purification of samples, chromatography and mass spectrometry conditions, matrix effect and methodology proposal were discussed and summarized. It could be a reference for the risk of food safety assessment. The experimental results were as follows:?Deterimation of10kinds of plant growth regulators and fungicides in bean sprouts by the ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Ten kinds of drug residue, such as carbendazim?6-benzyl amino purine in bean sprouts was determined by QuEChERS and UPLC-MS/MS in ESI Positive and negative mode. Effects of extraction solvent and dispersive solid phase adsorbent were studied by linear range and recovery experiment. Results showed that recovery of the ten kinds of drug residues was80.4%-99.8%with the standard deviation of2.5%-7.8%, and the detection limit of the method is0.2-2.6?g/kg. Five drug residues are detected in the practical experiments, in which detection rate of enrofloxacin is the highest,37%. The advantages of this method is stable recovery ratio and low detection limits.?Fstablishment online gel permeation chromatography coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine53kinds of pesticide in bean sprouts.53kinds of pesticide in bean sprouts were tested by solid phase extraction and online gel permeation chromatography coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Effects of Extraction solvent and solid phase extraction on purification efficiency were investigated and the method was evaluated. Results were as follows, recovery of53kinds pesticide was72.3%-105.2%with the standard deviation of1.6%-8.9%, and the detection limit of the method was0.1-6.0?g/kg. This method is less consumption and high sensitivity, the detection limit is far below GC and GC-MC standard in China.?Establishment of GC-MS/MS for determination of16kinds of phthalic acid esters in bean sprouts. The QuEChERS combined with GC-MS/MS was used for determination of16kinds of phthalic acid esters in bean sprouts. The effects of different materials and dosage of dispersed solid adsorbent on the purification and recovery of samples were entensively studied. Results suggested that when50mg of PSA and150mg of MgSO4were used, the recovery efficiency was around86.4-105.7%with the standard deviation of1.5-5.6%, and the detection limit of the method is1.0-5.0?.g/kg.The phthalic acid dibutyl (DBP) was detected from the actual samples with a ratio of59%.Four different multiresidue deterimitation of drugs were carried out by UPLC-MS/MS?GPC-GC/MS?GC-MS/MS method. It would be provided determination technology support for agricultural products quality and safety risk assessment.
