Research shows that in twenty-first Century the artificial electromagnetic radiation intensity of electromagnetic radiation is200million times higher compared to before the industrial revolution, and which growing by7%-14%a year, due to the interference of electromagnetic radiation on the electronic equipment and adverse effects on human health, the United Nations has listed it as the fourth major environmental pollution. To the control of electromagnetic pollution, the most fundamental solution is using the electromagnetic wave absorbing materials, therefore, the preparation of high performance and design for absorbing materials has been a hot research topic in the world.Aiming at the new characteristics of electromagnetic wave absorbing materials "thin, light, wide, strong, cheap", this paper is based on the transmission line electromagnetic wave theory, studied the design of dielectric absorption theory and the properties of absorbing materials of electromagnetic wave absorption, and chosen the corresponding material preparation and did experimental verification,designed for the actual radiation protection materials preparation, aimed at laying the theoretical foundation of advanced electromagnetic wave absorbing material preparation.Firstly, this paper design single layer dielectric absorption material, using resin based carbon fiber plate validates the design of single-layer absorber, and the electromagnetic parameters influence on absorption properties is further studied and prepared the X band of carbon fiber resin absorbing plate.Secondly, designing ?/4type absorber and using gypsum board as base material for ?/4type absorber's validation. The effect of electromagnetic parameters on absorption characteristics of ?/4type absorber was studied. Based on the theory of design, which selected ABS plate as a substrate for the preparation of ?/4type electromagnetic wave shielding absorber for human health and communication bad effects of S band,the absorption in the2.4GHz and3.6GHz were more than-10dB.The design of double-layer absorber and electromagnetic absorption properties were further studied, and gypsum board as substrate are carried out to verify the theory. Based on double-layer type absorber model,the added protection layer of ?/4type absorber was studied, and through the theoretical design and adjustment of the thickness of base material and protection layer's match,which realized the stability of the absorption band, make the material more practical.In order to realize the electromagnetic wave absorbing materials'absorption band width is wide, and the highly complex multilayer type absorber was also studied by theory, according to the characteristics of multilayer absorber, ultra-wideband absorber was prepared,which uptake under-10db bandwidth absorbing more than85%of the body in2-18GHz.
