The fluorescent conjugated polymers have been widely used in recent period due to unique optical properties and PI-PI* conjugate electronic structure, The fluorescent conjugated polymers can effectively avoid low background interference, especially the emission wavelength in the red zone or near red zones, The reported methods of synthesizing fluorescent conjugated polymers is not too much because of the complicated synthesis of conjugated polymers.The paper designs for synthesis and characterization of two different kinds of fluorescence conjugated polymers with long wave emission, which are PPEASO3 and m-PPEA-NEt2, and their fluorescence-emission wavelength at 682 nm and 600 nm.The fluorescence signal intensity of the sensor shows good linear relation with gamma globuLin while gamma globuLin concentration range is within 5-1000 ng/mL through the test of PPEASO3, and the detection limit is 0.8ng/m L, in addition, the quenching constant of PPEASO3 to gamma globu Lin is 1.9 × 106 mL/g. This sensor cannot only detect gamma globulin in a wide concentration quantitatively with a lowest detection limit through the comparison with other methods to dete ct gamma globulin, and the current detection system can reach a higher sensitivity and better selectivity, but clearly distinguish the gamma globulin and albumin.Through the detection of m-PPEA-NEt2 to palladium ions, we found that the speed of fluorescence sensor detection is faster, it can get resu Lts in five minutes, The quenching constant is 1.04×l05 mol/L, The fluorescence signal intensity of the sensor shows good linear relation with Pd2+ while Pd2+ concentration range is within 2.5×10-7--2×10-5 M;Thus, it can detect palladium ions quantitatively, the selectivity of detection is very good, Some other metal ions cannot interfere the test resuLts; It also has a high detection sensitivity and detection limit is lower than 1 ppm, and the color of the solution can be seen clearly from light yellow to light brown or brown after mixing palladium ion, Thus, it can be detected in naked eyes.It constructs a high sensitivity of detection to gamma globulin and palladium ions in low background interference, respectively, based low background interference and fluorescent signal amplification of long-wave fluorescent conjugated polymers. The significance of this work not only enriches the applications of fluorescent conjugated polymers in sensing, but also improves sensitivity, selectivity and avoid low background interference of gamma globu Lin in the blood and palladium ions in the environment of traditional detection.
