Organisms present in every corner of our living environment,affect our life in one way or another way,some of them are essential to maintain the ecological environment,while others are a serious threat to people's lives and health,In order to survive,people have to use every means to resist microbial attack on health,antibiotics are an important we-apon against the pathogenic microorganisms,but bacterial resistance has become an increasingly serious problem,The pace of development of new drugs has not keep up with the speed of emergence of resistant bacteria,to solve this problem in addition to a reasonable standard medication adhere to a healthy lifestyle,it is necessary to reduce the chance of people in contact with pathogenic microorganisms from the root-a wide range of cheap and efficient use of disinfectants is inevitable,given the Most irritating strong disinfectant,disinfectant should not be used in some cases,public fitness equipment recreation seven surface using a mild,long-lasting and efficient antimicrobial coating polymer is very necessary.In this article I grafted quaternary ammonium polymer and polymyxin onto two different substrates.the one is yeast carbon residue amphiphilic microspheres which come from discarded beer yeast by hydrothermal reaction,another matrix is nano iron oxide microspheres which also are synthesized by hydrothermal reaction,on this basis,poly 4-vinyl pyridine is grafted onto two different substrates by distillation precipitation at different recactions,further using two different halide with a salt of poly-4-vinylpyridine in the mixed solvent;with EDC,NHS as an activator in the polymyxin modified carbon slag surface of the microspheres,and then using Markov Wen laser particle size analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning and transmission electron microscopy,TGA and other detection equipment to check the characterization of the functional groups and surface morphology of the microsphere and microstructure carbon residue microspheres and iron oxide microspheres before and after the modification.Detecting the content of the polymyxin in the microsphere surface with High performance liquid to determine the content and use of UV spectrophotometry modified poly-4-vinyl pyridine charged microspheres surface.Use Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria to test the antibacterial activity of the material and distilled water was used as the dispersion medium to simulate natural water environment,The material commonly used in daily life to form a blend of two polymer film by evaporation method,also test the antimicrobial properties of the blend films to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in distilled water,repeatedly,to test the blend film reusability.
