ydrogen peroxide, commonly known as hydrogen peroxide, is a kind of green chemical products, and its application prospect is becoming wide. In this paper, we first introduce the progress and present status of production of hydrogen peroxide,properties, application and the hydrogen peroxide production technology, analysis the difference of production technology of hydrogen peroxide at home and abroad, The optimization and modification of hydrogen peroxide production technology for the production of hydrogen peroxide with the specific production device is introduced.Meanwhile, the method of treating the oxidation of the tail gas in the process of hydrogen peroxide by the method of the oxidation of the hydrogen peroxide was also explored.Through the comparison of domestic and international process of hydrogen peroxide and analysis the difference of production technology of hydrogen peroxide at home and abroad, and to provide a reference for the optimization improvement and development of hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone process technology.Bases on the Hydrogen peroxide device of Hu Bei Sanning Co.LTD, according to the operation process of the plant in the hydrogenation tower block tower, raffinate with water were analyzed, put forward and carry out the corresponding technical improvement scheme, and achieved remarkable effect. The pressure difference of the hydrogenation tower is stable at about 0.05 Mpa, and the residual water consumption is about 60%, and the raw material consumption is decreased obviously.In the research of anthraquinone hydrogen peroxide oxidation tail gas treatment,,analyse and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of various processing methods.A new method for the recovery of aromatic hydrocarbons from oxidized tail gas by solvent absorption is proposed.
