Because of wide raw material sources and less pollution, people pay more attention to use animal and plant oils to get aviation kerosene. In order to convert animal and plant oils into aviation kerosene efficiency, to seek proper catalyst with higher stability and activity become critical. The purpose of this study in the paper is to use ZSM-22 Zeolite as a catalyst to produce aviation kerosene through selective hydrocracking and isomerization of n-octadecane?n-hexadecaneand n-dodecane obtained from animal and plant oils.To dissolving n-octadecane into n-dodecane to study the hydrocracking and isomerization product distributions of n-octadecane and n-dodecane over H-ZSM-22 and dissolving the n-octadecane into n-hexadecaneand to study the effect of phosphate Modification on Catalyst.Mixing some ZSM-35 and loading metal method to improve the catalytic activity. Finally, comparing the old and new batches of the catalytic activity of ZSM-22 catalyst on n-dodecane and 130 hours stability test of the zeolite catalyst with metal loading was also measured after preparation of a batch of catalyst.The experiment showed that:(1) The conversion of n-octadecane was 92%, target product (C9-C15) selectivity was 35.04% when the n-octadecane and n-dodecyl by 4:1 mixture as the reactant on H-ZSM-22. It was found that 1% phosphorus can improve the utilization of raw materials and the target product selectivity.(2) When the ZSM-22/ZSM-35 ratio was 9:1, the conversion of n-octadecane was 75.71%, target product (C6-C111) selectivity was 42.25%, the yield was 31.98%.(3) Synchronous loading 0.5‰ Pt and 1‰ oNi on ZSM-22, under the optimal reaction temperature 300?, reaction pressure 3MPa, WHSV of 0.94h-1, Hydrogen/Oil ratio 900, the conversion of n-octadecane was 74.62%, target product (C6?C111) selectivity was 42.83%, the yield was 31.95%.(4) In contrast the second batch of catalyst had smaller grains and higher activity. After 130 hours stability test, the phosphorization Pt·Ni/ZSM-22 has better reaction stability.
