With the aggravation of the crisis of water resource and water quality deterioration, the major water of iron and steel industry, the wastewater treatment thereby transformed into available water is essential. Therefore, the iron and steel industry to sustainable development, efforts to save water is not enough, the most economical and effective way is to discharge wastewater treatment recycling, to reduce water consumption, reduce cost, energy saving and emission reduction effect.The most effective water treatment technology is RO membrane separation method. The technique can be applied in the recycling of wastewater from steel and iron, as additional water for the circulating system, in order to improve the water cycle utilization rate, reduce the water circulation system of the wastewater emissions, waste water centralized management pattern, increase the sewage recycling. Shougang Group is committed to the research and practice of iron and steel enterprises, so as to solve the problems of industrial wastewater treatment and recycling and other issues, and accumulated rich experience.In this paper the power plant wastewater reuse desalting station as background, a detailed presentation of the whole industrial sewage treatment process, this focuses on the RO membrane technology in sewage disposal system function and characteristics. At the same time, this paper also expatiate the Shougang power plant sewage treatment control system design thought and the idea, including ultrafiltration systems, reverse osmosis systems, sewage treatment system of the PLC design. Finally, this article provides an overview of RO membrane treatment technology in power plant applications, as well as RO film processing technology research and development direction.Through ultrafiltration systems, reverse osmosis systems, sewage treatment system of the PLC design, in order to achive Sewage treatment automatic control system in Power Plant of Shougang.
