Study On The Operating Parameters Of Reverse Osmosis In The First Stage Of The Total Row Of Baosteel

The main sources of the wastewater in the general drainage treatment center of Baotou Steel are the wastewater from the circulating cooling water system of each production line of Baotou Steel;the concentrated brine discharged from the production desalted water and softened water;the wastewater,domestic sewage and rainwater discharged from the production process of each factory and mine of Baotou steel.The old system process of Baotou Steel General drainage treatment center can not meet the requirements of environmental protection and water treatment.In 2012,the capacity of Baotou Steel General drainage treatment center was expanded,and the process was upgraded.Reverse osmosis technology is used in the new system.After the successful operation of the system,the reuse rate of sewage is increased,the amount of external drainage water and the water intake of the Yellow River are reduced,and the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction is achieved.As the core unit of the treatment system,whether the reverse osmosis can run smoothly directly affects the normal operation of the whole system.In addition,the price of reverse osmosis is expensive,so how to protect or preserve reverse osmosis is also an urgent problem.In this paper,the influence of shutdown and protection washing time of RO on RO operation is studied,and the washing world is determined;the brand and usage of scale inhibitor are determined;the concentration,replacement period and other important parameters of agent used for RO online protection are discussed;the causes of RO membrane pollution and cleaning scheme are systematically studied,and a reasonable cleaning scheme is finally formulated Finally,the operation effect of RO is discussed.Through the research of this subject,the main operation parameters of reverse osmosis are determined,which lays a solid foundation for the stable operation of the system.
