| Based on the grouting construction present situation of Jincheng coal group, a new grouting material fouces on broken surrounding rock was invented. According to partition characteristics of broken surrounding rock and study on the grouting technology and parameter at the present stage, hierarchical grouting method was put forward, which solves the difficult problem of leakage of inorganic grouting material. Broken surrounding rock of 53101 roadway was concrete partition on account of field grouting test and borehole, hierarchical grouting pressure and occasion, depth of grouting and sealing hole was intensively studied. According to the grouting equipment at home and abroad at present, grouting pump and amalgamator were improved aim at broken surrounding rock grouting construction characteristics and attribute of new grouting material. Special mixer and hole sealing device were independent developed. from the comparative analysis of field test,the reinforcement effect of this grouting technology and new grouting material is better than that of the ordinary cement grouting. |
