The research object of this study is the automatic refueling computer sewing machine, the product is very innovative. We take a traditional computer sewing machine as the research foundation to innovative design. The product has high degree automation for using the special PC+NC control system and 6-axis control. The biggest difference between automatic refueling sewing machine with the traditional computer is to have an automatic pallet, can achieve the automatic feeding and feeding back,to replace the original manual refueling. This design can minimize refueling waiting times, reduce unit labor number, make the sewing work more safety and increase productivity.This Thesis mainly carries out the research from four aspects:the mechanical overall design, the overall hardware design, finite element analysis of key parts and the system debugging.We have referenced the automatic switching platform of CNC machining center, to design mechanical structure of automatic refueling module. The mechanical positioning?s scheme and transmission way of feeding and feeding back axis was discussed and finalized. Key parts of the automatic refueling module, such as fabric frame lifting mechanism and X-axis fabric frame gripping mechanism has been designed. Since the lifting lifting mechanism is the most important pieces of the automatically refueling module, We using ANSYS WORKBENCH to do static fatigue analysis and dynamics modal analysis. And to verify and optimize the rationality of the mechanical structure design.we analyse the requirements of automatic refueling computer sewing machine. After the requirements analysis, we have completed the overall design of the hardware structure of NC system and established upper and lower machine as control model. The host computer interactive hardware platform using Cortex-A framework and the core chip is AM335 X.The lower computer motion control hardware platform is DSP + FPGA. Furthermore, introduce CNC systems' s communications programs and stepping servo control technology.Finally, testing key locations and CNC state of entire system. And, we stand at the height of the entire sewing operation of the system, from the time, cost and safety, to find out the effect of automatic refueling module for the whole textile operation system and verify the the purpose and significance of the research.
