With the amount of municiple solid waste and consuming of fossile energy growing, it has great significance to develop suitable technology of MSW resourcing and renewable energy as the concern of our country's situation. Anaerobic fermentation is an efficient way of minimization, resource in biomass waste treatment, producing methane, a kind of renewable energy. Dry anaerobic fermentation technology has great potential in the treatment of MSW.This article comprehensively analyzed the internal and external context of dry anaerobic fermentation, based on which two-stage experiments of dry anaerobic fermentation experiments with municipal biomass waste as the feedstocks were carried out using two sets of anaerobic digestion device. The performance characteristics of gas and leachate were obtained along with the fermentation time. Factors on anaerobic fermentation such as raw materials, carbon / nitrogen ratio, pH, temperature, inoculum and agitation were discussed and managed during the experiments. This thesis mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Start by anaerobic sludge and pig manure as inoculum, and compare the effects of inoculum and inoculation amount on the properties of the start-up phase.(2)The characteristics of biogas in dry anaerobic fermentation process were analyzed by analyzing the changes of gas production rate, methane and hydrogen sulfide concentration.(3)In the experiment, the parameters such as the frequency of the recharge, the amount of the leachate with high pH, the pH and the temperature were adjusted to improve the gas production efficiency.(4)Regularly analyzed characteristics of biogas, slurry and the final fermentation residue, to quantitatively describe the transformation rate of organic matter after process and the form and concentration of concentration Intermediate production.
