Rolling is one of the main methods of magnesium alloy sheet plastic deformation, it can refine grain and plank interior uniform internal organization, improve the comprehensive quality of plate. Because of magnesium alloy is close the six-party structure, room temperature deformation ability is poor, often in 225?~400? in hot or warm rolling. However, when rolling, roll and the friction between the sheet metal and metal not only reduces the surface quality of plate, at the same time also on roll wear. Therefore, the production of magnesium alloy sheet rolling lubrication technique plays an important role. Using appropriate rolling lubrication technique, can reduce the force in the rolling process parameters, improve the service life of roll, improving surface quality of magnesium alloy sheets after rolling at the same time, is to realize the magnesium alloy sheet the inevitable choice of high quality, high precision, high efficiency of rolling.This paper studies the current problems in magnesium alloy sheets while rolling lubrication, which makes the new magnesium alloy sheet rolling lubricant and lubricating rolling experiments. Through the analysis of base oil and additives, the results found that when using 25# transformer oil and 1.5% higher fatty alcohol during hot rolling, magnesium plate surface quality is better, parameters of rolling force can be the lowest.Many factors affect the ability of the magnesium alloy sheet rolling, mainly the influence of rolling process on magnesium alloy sheet rolling process. This experiment considering the pressure and temperature under the condition of lubrication of the magnesium alloy sheet surface quality and strength parameters can influence. Can the force parameters of main rolling pressure and friction coefficient of variation were analyzed. Due to the use of lubricant during rolling, rolling products often appear when annealing after staining. By rolling after annealing experiment to observe the new development of lubricant effect on surface quality of magnesium board. Experimental results it is concluded that, when the rolling temperature is 300?, pressure at a rate of around 15% of the lubrication of rolling process, the annealing temperature is 300? at the same time, the annealing time is available for 2h, good surface quality of the magnesium alloy sheet.This experiment invented a method of quantitative lubrication, including the quantity of oil required for the calculation of lubrication and oil spray part and spraying time control, and combined with the most appropriate lubrication to quantify the rolling technological parameters of rolling experiment. The results found in accordance with the quantitative lubrication method after the implementation of lubricating rolling AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet surface brightness, roller surface adhesion, not occurring not only reduces the magnesium board, rolling pressure and friction coefficient, roughness and improve the surface gloss, magnesium sheet also meet the demand of lubrication oil quantity.
