As a new forming method,magnesium alloy roll casting process has the advantages of short process,low energy consumption and low cost.In recent years,it has become the focus of engineering and academic research.However,magnesium alloy cast rolled plate has the disadvantages of poor surface quality and low plastic forming performance.In order to solve this problem,further rolling is needed to improve the performance of the magnesium alloy sheet.High performance magnesium alloy sheet has great application prospects.Rolling forming technology is one of the main methods to obtain the deformation of magnesium alloy sheet.Because the magnesium alloy has a compact six-party crystal structure,its slip system is very small,and its plastic deformation and anisotropy are poor,which greatly limits the application of wrought magnesium alloys.Therefore,it is necessary to study the rolling process of magnesium alloy sheet and the relative properties of the rolled magnesium plate.In this paper,roll cast AZ31 B magnesium alloy and Mg-Al-Mn alloy as the research object,having analyzed the influence of rolling temperature and rolling path,after rolling and annealing temperature on Microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium plate after rolling under different process conditions.Firstly,the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 B magnesium plate and Mg-Al-Mn alloy were compared by multi pass rolling test.Experimental results show that,The AZ31 B magnesium plate with larger initial thickness agrees with the initial thickness of Mg-Al-Mn alloy at the same thickness when rolled to the same thickness,It is concluded that the adoption of Mg-Al-Mn alloy can effectively reduce the rolling schedule and decrease the temperature drop,at the same time,it also can remarkably improve the yield of magnesium alloy sheets.At the same time,it can be concluded from the experimental results,Mg-Al-Mn alloy rolled plate shape can be relatively applied at 300~400 DEG C temperature blooming.Mg-Al-Mn magnesium plate and AZ31 B magnesium plate blooming temperature were 300 degrees and 350 degrees,enhance the elongation of the most significant,and the maximum elongation is 1%-1.5%,the maximum tensile strength and yield strength is 10%and 8% respectively.The Mn element has an obvious improvement on Mg-Al-Mn yield strength and elongation,and two kinds of magnesium plate whcih are rolled under different blooming temperature have littletensile property difference.Secondly,AZ31 B magnesium alloy were rolled at different blooming temperature and rolling path,and analyzed the influence of different rolling temperature and rolling routes on Microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 B magnesium alloy.The results show that with the increase of the initial rolling temperature,the edge of the magnesium plate is gradually improved,and the initial rolling temperature is 400 ?.In the multi-pass rolling,the reduction of the rolling direction is the same as that of the unidirectional rolling.The grain size of the magnesium plate after rolling is greater and the mechanical properties are better.In multi pass rolling,when the amount of reduction is the same,the change of rolling direction is compared with unidirectional rolling.,the grain refinement degree of magnesium plate is greater,and the mechanical performance is better after rolling.Finally,Mg-Al-Mn alloy was annealed after single pass rolling,and the effects of different rolling reduction rate and annealing temperature on mechanical properties of the rolled magnesium plate were analyzed.The experimental results show that with the increase of the reduction rate,the texture strength gradually increases,and the grain refinement of the magnesium plate is more significant,so the tensile strength and yield strength of the magnesium plate are improved.In addition,when the annealing temperature is350 ?,compared with other annealing temperatures the tensile strength and the yield strength of the rolled magnesium plate are improved.
