With the large-scale bag filter, cleaning dust removal technology issues facing uniformity has become increasingly prominent. How to improve the uniformity of flow distribution bags, improving the cleaning effect, a major problem in engineering design considerations. Paper combines physical model tests and numerical simulation method, the impact of the fixed-line injection system and rotary positioning injection system cleaning uniformity of process parameters were optimized, the following conclusions:(1) In 1:1 physical model test bed for fixed-line injection systems injection uniformity optimization test results, by changing the nozzle diameter of the nozzle outlet flow rate can be controlled to within 10% deviation, improve injection cleaning uniformity of the system.(2) In the past the foundation model test numerical simulation model of a single bag on the reliability, the bag length obtained by numerical simulation of orthogonal experiment, the nozzle diameter, the diameter of the bag and the Venturi set to pulse cleaning effect of airflow uniformity gradually decrease. And with a diameter of 160 mm Case study of the relationship between the bag and the bag length between the injection pressure, the results show that the use of the bag has a long operability in actual operation.(3) Based on the physical model tests to verify the reliability of the line of the injection tube numerical simulation model. By numerical simulation using the orthogonal experiment blowing tube diameter and injection pressure for greater uniformity of blowing airflow, nozzle diameter and number of nozzles less affected, to provide a reference design selection.(4) The physical model tests found that when using low pressure injectiontechnology rotary positioner blowing high uniformity of the injection tube. And the optimum injection conditions under the test conditions for the injection time 150 ms, blowing from the 200 mm, the injection pressure does not exceed 0.08 MPa.(5) Analysis and comparison of physical model tests and numerical simulation test results, rotary tube and numerical simulation models flat round bag to meet project requirements within the tolerance limits, laid the foundation for future study.
