| The filtration and cleaning are two unit processes of the fabric filter,the cleaning quality immediate influence to equipment resistance and lifetime of filter bag.At present,in the design and the practical application,parameter selection of the pulse-jet cleaning is through generally the experiment,or judges according to the experience,not only the work load is big,and has certain limitation.The article adopted CFD software to compute the inside flow of the filter bag when it was cleaning,compared with the data of experiment,the result of numerical simulation was credible.The author selectedφ130mm filter bag as a research object, chose L16(45) orthogonal layout to formulate cases of simulation,and with peak pressure on the surface of filter bag,rising speed of pressure and maximum reverse acceleration as well as orthogonal test's side method of difference appraises the cleaning effect as the appraisal target and the method analyzed pulse-jet pressure,pulse-jet time, diameter of nozzle,the distance of pulse-jet and the length of filter bag.Compared simulated results and provided reference data for optimizing structure design of impulse pulse-jet device structure and pulse-jet parameter:Three evaluate index are consistent along with various factors' change tendency,all increases the remarkable drop along with the filter bag length,and the nozzle diameter increased along with the injection pressure to increase assumes the trend of escalation;It provided optimal ranges of the distance of pulse-jet and pulse-jet time,such as the distance of pulse-jet=250 mm,pulse-jet time=70～100 ms;and when the length of filter bag was increased to 8000 mm,magnitude and uniformity of distribution declined of three index along the length of filter bag,for some high request fabric filter,the design length of filter bag no more than 8000 mm.The simulation method may direct-viewing description pulse-jet,and reflected accurately the characteristics of cleaning,thus enhanced design reliability. |
