Compared with the traditional group hole processing technology, the laser perforating technology in scanning is a non-contact processing. It has great advantages such as more simple and reliable controlling structure, less material consumption, can be embedded into the production line to provide higher perforation efficiency, and the structure of the pore group is neat and intensive with good quality. It is widely used to perforate thin nonmetal material such as tipping paper, leather and medicated sticking plaster to improve the flexibility and quality as well as discourage counterfeiting.However, laser drilling equipment on the market now still have some problems such as expensive, low machining efficiency, and so on, which limited the applicationof laser processing technology. This thesis introduces the principle and realization of a new type of wide rang sticking plaster online laser drilling equipment. The device useslaser scanning technology and includes a continuous wave CO2 laser as the laser source. In addition, the laser perforating system has an embedded controlsystem toimprove the real-time performance, which improve the system processing efficiency and reduce the cost of equipment at the same time. The following contents and results are studied in this paper:Firstly this thesis analysis the strengths and weaknesses of the existing laser drilling system, and then we carried out a detailed needs analysis according to the customer's requirements, clarify the system's working principles and he performance requirements, established the overall construction of the plaster drilling equipment and make some performance analysis.Then the appropriate hardware control circuits and software programs are designed basing on real-time requirements according to needs for each part of the control system.Finally, after the completion of the laser on-line drilling system, some test and experiment are carried out, the performance and results of the equipment are analyzed to identify the deficiencies and to improve equipment. Results show that the system is of good stability and can be compatible with online manufacturing facilities under the speed of 2m/min~12m/min, while the via hole diameter can be adjusted from 0.2mm~1.2mm and the space range from 4mm~10mm.The developed equipment has been put into practical application in the production practice.
