Galvanometer laser welding technology has become an indispensable part of in the modern processing technology,the current in the galvanometer laser welding technology of the original laser welding areas become more flexible and convenient and controllable,and in recent years,the popularity of visual sensing device,the visual system has become in the field of precision laser welding laser processing before the visual positioning of the indispensable important segment.The combination of vision system and laser vibrating mirror makes laser machining more precise and flexible.Laser welding technology flight,from under the galvanometer laser technology,in view of the current galvanometer laser technology in some bulk processing,processing time consumption of modules of a manipulator and mobile laser welding technology,the purpose is to make welding manipulator mounted galvanometer system can process completed in the process of moving parts,without static waiting for galvanometer laser light out again the next after the completion of welding machining.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the technical background of laser welding at home and abroad is explored.And according to the actual product to determine the appropriate laser platform device.The basic working principle of laser vibrating mirror module is studied in order to realize the error compensation method of the algorithm under the transformation coordinate of the vibrating mirror motor and the error compensation method caused by the linear assembly of the actual platform hardware.The error compensation method is calibrated by actual path comparison and experimental data.In order to eliminate the interference of inherent error and nonlinear error in the vibration mirror system to laser flight welding.After the deflection precision of the vibrating mirror meets the working requirements,the camera calibration method of the vision system under laser flight welding is studied.The image processing method based on geometric feature extraction is used for the visual processing of the original image.As for the realization method of laser flight welding,it mainly studies the interpolation principle of the laser graph track in the vibration mirror welding,and increases the dynamic displacement data of the manipulator in the graph track interpolation algorithm under thestatic state,so as to realize the moving laser welding function.The main process is to obtain the motion data of the manipulator through the communication protocol with the manipulator,pass it into the upper computer platform to obtain the required data after analysis,and obtain the displacement of the manipulator in the unit time of the mirror during the laser welding process,so as to compensate the deflection motor into the mirror to complete the motion compensation in the expression.Paper used in the actual measurement of laser welding and welding of time consumption and flight data contrast,it is concluded that fly in laser welding of machining process will be 25% less than the galvanometer welding length,and flying laser welding method was verified by means of tensile test only changed the way the welding,welding procedure and no change and affect the quality of laser welding,which inherits the galvanometer laser welding.
