In today's production of iron and steel, continuous casting technology is widely used, and how to improve the quality of continuous casting slab is a matter of growing concern. In order to improve the quality of continuous casting slab, the electromagnetic st irring device-- EMS rollers have been invented. Non-magnetic stainless steel cylinder is the core components of EMS rollers, but this material are still dependent on imports and domestic materials are unable to achieve its functional requirements. Thus, to get rid of dependence on imported materials and reduce production costs, researching high-performance materials of non-magnetic stainless steel cylinder has very important significance. In this paper, the heat treatment process of 0Cr15Ni25Ti2 MoAlVB austenitic stainless steel was studied.Firstly, the composition and structures of austenitic stainless steel were introduced, and then the recital basis of this study, including the role of various alloying elements in austenitic stainless steel's microstructure, the common second phase in microstructure of austenitic stainless steel and its function, and the strengthening mechanism of austenitic stainless steel, such as phase transformation strengthening, solid solution strengthening, dislocation strengthening, precipitation strengthening, grain refinement mechanism. Then, designing annealing treatment for 0Cr15Ni25Ti2 Mo Al VB austenitic stainless steel.(At room temperature into the furnace, the furnace temperature was raised to 500? and holding for 4 hours and then air cooled, making it easier for mechanical processing). Based on the above theoretical basis, orthogonal solution and aging heat treatment experiments were designed for 0Cr15Ni25Ti2 MoAl VB austenitic stainless steel. Finally, the hardness, yield strength, tensile strength, elongation of the samples of different heat treatment processes were analyzed.In the best case, the material properties can be achieved this level: hardness 306 HB, yield strength 839 MPa, tensile strength 1086 MPa and elongation 28.1%. Observing the microstructure of all samples through optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope, a large number of ? ' phase and a variety of carbides precipitated. The effect of various process parameters on the performance of materials was obtained and the best heat treatment process was determined. Through experimental analysis, we obtain suitable heat treatment process(solution temperature 950?,solution time 5h,oil cooling,aging temperature 720?,aging time 14 h,air cooling) so that the material properties can meet the actual needs.
