Metallurgical enterprises energy costs accounted for about 20% to 40%. Different level of equipment, process, product structure, and energy management level on energy consumption will produce different results, that is, in a certain level of equipment, process conditions and product mix, energy consumption and energy management level have a direct relationship. In recent years, on the one hand energy consumption costs increased year by year,on the other hand, reducing the cost of enterprises to participate in market competition is an urgent requirement. But also a waste of resources and environmental pollution, and even seriously affect their own sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the SGJT company's energy management status and energy management needs, from the advancement of energy management, usability, operability perspective, energy management systems and energy forecasting for a more in-depth study is designed thoroughly, main work shows as follows:(l)Analysis of the energy management demand. This paper analyzes energy management processes,actuality and enterprise energy structure, including types of energy media, energy facilities distributions, energy from production to consumption; According to energy management problems, mission and objectives to energy management systems design are elicited. According to the demand for plant-wide energy and process media generated during the production of secondary energy, through the use of automation, information technology means the energy management systems are established, monitoring and managing energy medium, realizing plant-wide unified energy system, optimizing the energy balance of the media, what maximize the efficient use of energy,improve environmental quality and reduce energy consumption so as to reduce pollutant emissions, achieve energy saving and cleaning production purposes.(2)Overall design of the energy management system. According to demand analysis, the overall system architecture design is completed, network structure is planned. Energy Management System is equipped with power monitoring units (power generation and supply), water monitoring station, gas monitoring station, thermal monitoring station (for the wind, steam supply system), oxygen monitoring station; Energy management systems not only play a roles as real-time monitoring of energy management, but the realization of the objective information based on the energy performance analysis, energy planning, energy quality management, energy cost management, energy operation analysis and other functions. Meanwhile, based on software engineering thinking, energy management database and functional interface is designed.(3) Thorough research on energy projections.Based on time series forecasting model, energy function is achieved., dispatchers can predict the entire media system supply and demand balance in advance by predicting the occurrence of energy media, consumption so as to grasp the overall energy balance of media trends and take advantage of the use of prediction, scheduling decisions well to avoid scheduling delays caused by diffuse or supply shortages, thus providing technical support with energy saving.
