In modern society the precision roll forging of blade is an advanced technology with short period, low processing cost, production of highly efficiency and good quality etc. Previous research was restricted by computer skills and finite element softwares. There is not so much knowledge about the optimization of technological parameters and die research on the roll forging process of blade. Because of the complexity of blade shape, the regularity of the roll forging of blade is the critical issue which must be resolved. Though it is difficult to measure the roll forging optimization of technological parameters of the blade, numerical simulation method make possible to analysis the ideal parameters. In this article, a roll forging particular model of blade has done the following work:(1)There is an overview on the roll forging process of blade technology status, research development status, results and characteristics. The roll forging of blade is affected by selection of materials, coefficient of friction, the rolling speed and the depression amount. At the same time, the roll forging basic principle and regularity of blade is established and found.(2)On the basis of the UG software, the C language is used for developing modeling platform of blade. It is help to create the rolling die and blade model.(3)The finite element analysis software-ABAQUS is used for analysing the roll forging quasi-static process of blade in its environment with explicit dynamics. In order to ensure the accuracy of simulation results with dynamic explicit method, the analysis of historical energy transformation is a good evaluation standard. It is a good beginning to the roll forging of blade. At the same time, the roll forging model of blade and the original 3D model were compared, it has once again proved the correctness of the roll forging process of blade.(4) According to the roll forging critical parameters of blade to create many models and analyze the influence of friction coefficient, the rolling speed and the depression amount on the roll forging of blade. The research makes the optimization of technological parameters possible. It is useful to produce the actual blade.(5) The stress-strain conditions research of rolling blade die will contribute to establish and maintain the die. It will help to improve the quality of blade roll and the die of the force. Enhancing the die edge strength, improving die surface accuracy, considering forward slip coefficient and controlling edge margin is good to design blade die and improve production quality.
