Mechanical excavator is the key equipment in opencast mining equipment. Its working environment and load characteristics are random, and the dynamic load is particularly obvious. The field test data is the only way to reflect real randomness characteristics of the reaction load. There is little research in and out of our country. So it is necessary to analysis the field test data and its dynamics research.Combination of size parameters of mechanical excavator structure and field-measured data which is provided by the enterprise and mining theory and the related knowledge, the first step is the data preprocessing. Interpolation is used to make samples at the same length. The abnormal data is deleted based on the actual mining process of the sample correlation coefficient between the anomalies, then the probability statistics characteristics, distribution law and the correlation between the parameters will be achieved.Based on the working principle of the excavator, the hoisting cable, racking and guy line are treated as elastomer and the movable arm, handle, bucket and transmission are rigid. By applying the Lagrange equation, the double freedom vibration model of excavator hosting and crowing system is established. Combining the results of data processing and applying the frequency response method, vibration angle average of the movable arm, racking and handle at each location point are calculated as well as natural frequency of hosting and crowing system.According to the result of the double freedom model calculations, the hoisting cable and racking are treated as elastomer, and the guy line, movable arm, handle, bucket and transmission are rigid, then the single freedom vibration model is established by applying the Lagrange equation. Combining the results of data processing, the maximum vibration angle of handle and racking at each location point, natural frequency of hosting and crowing system, the dynamic load coefficient of the hoisting cable and racking are calculated by applying impulse response method. The result is almost the same as double freedom model.Modeling and analysis methods in this paper are good references for the same kind of mechanical system analysis.
