High density polyethylene is superior performance of the resin commonality, market consumption demand is very big, because of its chemical stability, mechanical processing performance is good, can resist the corrosion of most of the chemicals and livings, widely applied in many fields of social production and living. Polyethylene production in China with the development of petrochemical industry, product yield, variety and quality have larger development and improve.High density polyethylene production technology according to different reaction type, can be divided into slurry polymerization, gas and solution polymerization were together. Slurry method production technology has a long history, due to its earlier development time, through technology improvement and optimization, production technology is relatively mature, production of high density polyethylene products excellent performance. Slurry method production process has low reaction temperature, pressure, easy to control, etc. The heat out of slurry can be used external cooling way of single production capacity is higher. In the production of high density polyethylene reactor type mainly has stirred tank reactor, the fluidized bed reactor and the loop reactor. Stirred tank reactor process is double reactor in series and parallel use, with n-hexane as polymerization dispersant, the highly active Z-N catalyst. Change the way reactor series parallel operation, can produce bimodal or unimodal hdpe products.This design adopts the slurry polymerization process, stirring tank reactor in parallel operation. To 350 kt/a synthetic resin factory a company based on high density polyethylene workshop, response to the production facility of section and external cooling section, centrifugal slurry feed section and separation section were studied. By establishing the dynamics model, and choose the appropriate thermodynamic model and calculation model of polymerization, and establish logistics relationship between unit, the process was simulated,so get the logistics parameters of stocks. The logistics parameters calculated by PRO ? process, the process of calculation and preliminary selection of important equipment. Main work includes:the polymerization kettle type selection, the establishment of mathematical models and design selection, pump and heat exchanger to calculate the selection, map non-standard equipment engineering, process flow diagram drawing and equipment data sheets, and energy consumption calculation and analysis of production process. Through the above work, combining theoretical knowledge and practical production, on the basis of the economic and reasonable, reliable production, makes every effort to increase production capacity, reduce energy consumption, to expect of reference value to the design of the similar equipment.
