Gas disaster is serious in coal mine in our country; the gas drainage is an effective measure to control gas disaster. However, due to various reasons gas drainage pipeline will contains a lot of water; if not promptly release will affect the normal operation of the drainage system. The existing water automatically, which in such aspects as life and maintenance, is there are some problems, so urgently needed to improve the water device to improve its performance. This paper aimed at the problems of existing negative pressure water automatically, innovative design of its structure. Application of Autodesk Inventor was carried out on the improvement of water automatically parameterized modeling and stress analysis, and got different head radius of curvature of a cover, safety coefficient and maximum stress. Application of Autodesk Simulation of CFD to improve automatic water inlet flow field numerical Simulation analysis, Open valve action of a set of data are obtained. Application of MATLAB data analysis was to organize, determine the optimal radius of curvature of the superstructure head automatically turn on the water intake valve and the best limit angle. At last, the feasibility of the new structure is verified by experiment and the accuracy of the simulation results. Work done in this paper can be for negative pressure automatic drain device provided a reference for design and optimization of structure.
