The Safety Studies On The Working Face And The Mined-out Area Nearby Of SanJusheng Coal Mine

With wider range of mined-out area distribution in the SanJuSheng mine, Mined-out area flood once and gas overrunning power-off accident twice in the process of the No.7 coal mining face is a serious threat to mine safety.Therefore, this paper study on the goaf stability in the No.4 and No.9 mine and the safety on the working face in the No.7 coal.This paper takes the No.7 working face in SanJuSheng mine as the research object, it determine the features and distribution of Mined-out area in the No.4 and No.9 mine by the geological data collection and the analysis of geophysical exploration report. Through theoretical analysis, data analysis methods of analogy and field test of 4,9 coal goaf stability factors factors were analyzed, and the results show that:No.4 coal goaf stability is better, most influence factors on the stability of No.4 coal is geological factors-fault, No.9 coal mined-out area relatively poor stability, the stability of No.4 coal mined-out area between the scale and influence factor is the largest coal pillar width. Paper uses the theoretical analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation software to carry on the numerical simulation, and combining with the poly sheng coal mining coal No.7 work actual arrangement situation, analyzes the No.7 coal mining face and mutual influence between stability of mined-out area, the results show that the No.7 coal mining face of No.4 coal stability of mined-out area has a certain influence, but the impact is not big, No.7 coal mining working face No.9 coal goaf stability have significant effect, on this basis, determine the 4,9 coal working face No.7 in the safe production of coal mines. According to the above situation, thesis analyze the No.7 coal working face hazards and division.In this paper, the research results of melamine sheng coal 7 coal working face production safety has an important guiding role, provide certain technical support to the mine safety production. For similar mines provide certain theoretical basis for the safety of mining.
