With the slurry pipeline transportation engineering being applied more and more widely, in order to simplify material grinding and dehydration process, conveying materials particle diameter increases gradually and the average particle diameter of coarse particle slurry has been more than 0.2mm. Research on coarse particle slurry pipe movement is a very important subject, among which the force impacted on solid particle in pipeline, velocity distribution of slurry in the pipe and hydraulic gradient are several main aspects.Starting from the force balance relationship of the coarse particle slurry in the pipe, this paper study in-depth the resistance in the direction of the movement of solid particles when coarse particle slurry of solid particles in the pipeline flow. Based on this, the concept and computation model of correction interference force is proposed. The nonlinear fitting of the coefficient K in the modified interference force model is also corrected.Then from the point on solid particles and water occurring momentum transfer when they mix, a liquid and solid interphase slip velocity mode, a coarse particle slurry velocity distribution model and the hydraulic gradient model are established, at the same time adopting a large number of experimental data to verify.The results show that the modified interference force model reflect correctly the stress of the coarse granular slurry. The slip velocity model, velocity distribution model and hydraulic slope model can accurately forecast the slip velocity, velocity distribution and hydraulic gradient, and the accuracy of the requirements.
