Nowadays,he coal-coal separation method of coal-water separation of large particles in the transport of its main mode of transport,but the large particles in the pipeline during the transmission of the friction loss and other issues have not yet completely broken,it is necessary to further Study on Flow Law of Large particle slurry in pipelineIn this paper,the flow state of liquid and solid two-phase flow is analyzed from the angle of particle size,average velocity and concentration distribution of solid particles.It is concluded that the large particles with particle size greater than 0.2mm are different from those of small particles flowing in the pipeline.Based on the study of the relationship between the velocity of the solid particles and the volume before and after the momentum exchange,the new model of the average slip velocity of the large particles is established and the large particle slurry A new model of velocity distribution is proposed.Based on the conservation of liquid and solid dynamic,a new model of hydraulic slope(friction loss)of large granular slurry pipeline is proposed by using the equivalent resistance modelIn this paper,the study on the flow law in the pipeline of large granular pulp has a certain reference value and guidance significance to solve the practical problems in the flow of large particles in the pipeline.
