Based on Q235 substrate, First using single factor variable method, with high-aluminum coal ash as the main body, adding the single different content of SiO2, B2O3, CaO, MgO, ZnO, Cr2O3, CaF2, NaCl and rare earth oxide CeO2, then chose four general material from them as high-alumina coal ash composite active flux elements. Second with high-alumina coal ash based, using uniform design method, and according to the conditions of uniform design table will be different levels of four kinds of material in different mixture active flux ratio, with the regression analysis method and using lstopt software processing results, and determine the optimum specification. The results show that the best effects of nonmetal oxide is SiO2, metal oxide is MgO, the best halide is CaF2, and effect of CeO2 is obvious, the best contents are 30%,15%,5% and 5%. Uniform design results show that the best high-alumina coal ash compositon active flux is that high-alumina coal ash is 43.15%, SiO2 is 32.62%, MgO is 14.23%, CaF2 is 25%, CeO2 is 5%, and under the best process specification can reach 0.82 of aspect ratio.Based on above experiment, the high-alumina coal ash composite active flux was used of argon arc cladding, forming A-TIG cladding. With the situ reaction powder of iron-based alloy powder, B4C, TiO2 and Al, prepared cladding and research the influnce of high-alumina coal ash active flux on cladding layers microstructure and properties. Results show that there are TiB2, Al2O3, TiC, Fe2B phase in TIG cladding, and microhardness can reach 913.5 Hv0.2, compared with the substrate, erosion wear resistance is 1.77?4.83 times, adhesive wear resistance is 2.4 times, the acid corrosion is 2.63 times, the salt water corrosion resistance is 2.48 times, the seawater corrosion is 2.60 times, the coal water corrosion resistance is 2.59 times; There are Fe9.64Ti0.36, FeB2, AlFe and new phase FeSi2Ti in A-TIG cladding layer, microhardness can reach 1283.4 Hvo.2, and compared with the substrate, erosion wear resistance is 2.11?5.73 times, adhesive wear resistance is 3.6 times, the acid corrosion is 3.17 times, the salt water corrosion resistance is 2.71 times, the seawater corrosion is 2.96 times, the coal water corrosion resistance is 3.06 times.
