Nowadays, the production and stripping engineering of Yilan open-pit mine have stepped into the stage of adjustment, how to select rational mining scheme makes the aftermath of the open-pit mine production more smoothly, it is very worthy of study.In this paper, based on the production status of the end of February 2012 Harbin mining company China Coal Longhua, from a technical point, to study continue mining scheme of open pit. Using CAD systems Yilan Opencast mine to build Opencast mine three-dimensional geological model, determined the rational exploitation of the realm, the calculation of the realm of coal reserves, proposed three reasonable successive mining plan. That longitudinal mining in eastern, Midwest transverse mining scheme; Longitudinal mining in eastern, Midwest longitudinal mining scheme; eastern longitudinal mining, Midwest transverse vertical integration program. And meticulous and detailed analysis and calculation of each scheme were carried out, work out the evaluation index parameters, finally using system engineering in the multiple attribute comprehensive evaluation of ideal point method to analyze three kinds of scheme evaluation index calculation. Calculated according to the analysis of the results of the selection to choose a reasonable mining plan for this mine. By comparing with the other two schemes, it is concluded that the longitudinal mining, the eastern Midwest work line layout of horizontal and vertical combination is the optimal solution for this mine...
