According to statistics,among coal mine accidents in my country in modern times,mine fire accidents are one of the most frequent accidents,and spontaneous coal fires are a major cause of coal mine fire accidents.There have been many spontaneous fire accidents in the mines of Huaibei Mining Group.Aiming at the current spontaneous fire problems in the mines of Huaibei Mining Group,this article will carry out the"three zones"distribution law of spontaneous fire in the goaf and fire-fighting technology in the?885 working face of Luling Coal Mine.the study.In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of coal mine fires,it is particularly important to determine the"three zones"of spontaneous fire in the goaf and to seek efficient,reasonable and scientific fire-fighting technical solutions.Based on the occurrence status of the 8#coal seam,mining development technology,and the spontaneous combustion characteristics and status quo of the goaf in Luling Coal Mine,this paper collected coal samples of the 8#coal seam on the basis of on-site investigation and data collection.The basic parameters of coal physics and thermodynamics related to coal spontaneous combustion have been obtained through industrial analysis,coal sample heating and oxidation test,etc.;the oil bath coal low-temperature oxidation experiment analysis has determined the spontaneous combustion index of the 8#coal seam goaf in Luling Coal Mine Gas CO and C2H4.Through theoretical analysis of coal spontaneous combustion in caving face and the"three zones"division of goafs,the factors affecting spontaneous coal combustion are discussed,and the"three zones"division of coal spontaneous combustion in goafs of caving coal faces are summarized.Basis and method.The temperature and gas change data of the working face are obtained by pre-embedding temperature probes and beam tubes in the goaf.The results show that the spontaneous combustion of the goaf will not occur in the?885 working face under the existing mining conditions.The ventilation resistance,wind temperature and air leakage of the working face were tested on site,and the air leakage of the goaf was used to determine the space size,permeability coefficient and pressure distribution on the boundary of the goaf.By analyzing the temperature and gas concentration data of the goaf,the law of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf is researched and determined.According to the actual production situation of the?885 working face and the field observation data,it is concluded that the coal spontaneous combustion oxidation zone of the?885working face is 20?57m.,And calculated that the minimum advancing speed of the working face is 24m/month.On the basis of the existing fire-fighting technology in Luling Coal Mine,it seeks efficient,reasonable and scientific fire-fighting technical solutions to improve the fire prevention effect of Luling Coal Mine?885 working face,and further in other areas of Luling Coal Mine,other coal mines of Huaibei Mining Group and the whole country It has very important theoretical and practical significance to promote the prevention and extinguishing technology of spontaneous combustion working face.
