The stability control of the soft rock roadway is the technical problems that many mines have faced. Floor heave is the major destructional form and strata behavior of the soft rock roadway. The study for feasible technology to control the floor is the key to solve the problem of surrounding rock control.The technology of floor control for the 120 crosscut which is taken as the research object is studied with the methods of theoretical analysis, laboratory experiment, field testing and numerical simulation. The theories and technologies for soft rock control is consulted in this paper.The characteristics of stress distribution and the type of floor heave is studied in this paper through the determination of geological mechanics index and numerical simulation. And the technology that based on the theory of mechanism of bolt-grouting is designed with the method of engineering analogy. The engineering industrial experiments and the monitoring programme of mine pressure is done in 120 crosscut to examine the feasibility of the technology.
