Due to the complexity of terrain changes in coal mine underground,result in the conveyor pin rail installation process will inevitably arise inbending, And the two adjacent pin row of horizontal bending shall not exceed ±1°,The vertical direction of the ups and downs of not more than ±3°. According to the limit position on the bending allowable angle,through dynamics simulation software RecurDyn and ANSYS Joint simulation of the pin gear and the pin rail, Get the rigid flexible coupling characteristic curve.In order to obtain the rigid flexible coupling correctly characteristic curve, following steps:(1) First on the Shearer to force analysis, obtained the stress condition of the travel unit.(2) Through the meshing simulation of pure rigid body,walking part and the pin rail meshing motion state right.(3) By using the finite element analysis method of flexible body pin gear generating accurate select and grid.(4) Finally through the rigid flexible coupling model of RecurDyn on pin gear and the driving gear and the pin rail simulation, generating the engagement speed, pin rail rack rail wheel and the critical angle of the acceleration and the meshing force curve.
