Shearer is an important mechanical equipment of fully mechanized working face,the reliability is very important,based on "national natural science fund project",a "MG400/951-WD new type shearer reliability research" and "shearer drum aided design and load calculation software development",the main work is:Experimentd physical and mechanical properties on the Wen Yu coal mine of Yan zhou coal chemical company's coal sample,based on the cutting coal theory,drum's three to the force and torque load was obtained by MATLAB,based on the APDL of ANSYS,the modal neutral file's program was established.Based on the rigid-flexible virtual prototype coupling technology,shearer's rigid-flexible virtual prototype coupling model was established by Pro/E,ANSYS and ADAMS,shearer's weak link was obtained by actual working condition simulation,combined with the theory of reliability sensitivity design,robust design theory and the theory of performance degradation,proposed a rigid-flexible prototype coupling dynamic gradient method of reliability design,analyzed the influence of the planet carrier and drum's design variables to the dynamic reliability sensitivity gradient,established a multi-objective optimization evaluation function of the planet carrier and drum,by improved particle swarm optimization,the optimal design variables was obtained,the optimized planet carrier and drum ‘s maximum stress sensitivity and design variables was decreased,the reliability was improved,meet the design requirement.Through rigid-flexible virtual prototype coupling simulation,the influence of the max shear stress and the displacement and moment to the reliability sensitivity was obtained.The finite element model of the torque shaft after introduction of crack was established by FRANC3 D.The torque shaft's numerical simulation of fracture characteristics and crack extension was proceed,proposed a new mechanical fatigue life prediction method.The collaborative coupled virtual prototype technology and the gradient method of reliability design theory was proposed,provides an important support of the theory and method of data for bad working condition of mechanical equipment's Reliability analysis,dynamic and gradient reliability design.It has universality.
