In this paper, coal gangue and aluminum powder as raw material,Use argon arc cladding technology,Q235 steel surface preparation mullite ceramic coating,By changing the ratio of coal gangue and aluminum,Ceramic coating composition to determine the most when mullite phase ratio.Using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer mullite ceramic coating morphology and composition were detected and analyzed,And test its corrosion resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, thermal shock resistance.XRD analysis have shown that:Ceramic coating prepared by coal gangue powder mixture has NiCr2O4,Ca2SiO4,3CaO·Al2O3 and other new phase formation,Meanwhile mullite phase was significantly increased,Ceramic coating and prepared when gangue mixed powder aluminum content of 48% to a maximum of stone when the Mo content;Scanning electron microscopy shows that the experimental results:Ceramic coating, combined with tight Ni-Al transition layer between the substrate and the three,Was a metallurgical bond;Aluminum content of 33%, respectively,38%,43%, 48%,53% of coal gangue mixed ceramic coating powder prepared,In corrosion resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and wear performance test experiments,Compared with the matrix can be increased by 1 to 3 times,And the aluminum content of 48% during the preparation of the ceramic coating performance of the best;In the thermal shock test, the ratio of the five components of coal gangue mixed ceramic coating surface area of the powder prepared off 1/3 of the total area of the coating,Thermal shock times were 29,35,40,45,37 times.Coal gangue and aluminum materials for the preparation of mullite ceramic coating is feasible,And aluminum content of 48%, coal gangue content of ceramic coatings prepared at 52% Mo content to a maximum of stone,Best performance, worthy of further study.
