Phenol is an important part of chemical raw materials with the high price of ethanol,The phenol-containing wastewater often contains large amounts of phenol,and without treatment can cause serious environmental pollution.This paper proposes to MIBK as the extractant of wastewater containing phenol phenol separation technology research,which is the use of methyl isobutyl ketone extraction and separation of phenolic compounds containing phenol in wastewater,the main content is indoor extraction experiment and Aspen Plus simulation are combined,through the research of this paper,we hope to provide more ideas for separation and recovery of phenols.This paper is based on national standards for testing,with extraction efficiency as the main reference,at different temperatures,ratio,concentration and pH conditions,methyl isobutyl ketone and butyl acetate and extracted two kinds of agents were screened.The results showed that: Methyl isobutyl ketone is better,and when the temperature is 50 ?,the ratio of extractive agent to the simulated wastewater containing phenol was 1:3,the recovery rate of phenol can reach 92.21%..Then according to the mechanism of the extraction process is a spontaneous exothermic process,with the increase of temperature increasing extraction rate but the extraction effect is reduced,you can guess is characterized by high extraction efficiency of methyl isobutyl ketone is occurred because of hydrogen bond association and phenolic hydroxyl groups.Then this paper uses the Aspen to simulate the separation process,the design parameters and operating parameters of extraction tower and distillation tower.The last checked according to the CUP-Tower,select the sieve tray extraction column as a form of float valve tower distillation tower as the form of the school: the nuclear design and hydraulic diameter of the tower are respectively 700 mm and 1100 mm,the plate spacing were 200 mm,400mm,hydraulics calculation results show that the distillation tower meets the verification requirements,with good elasticity.
